2. Orders & Acceptance

  • Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
  • If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.
  • Please review your order carefully (size, color, design, shipping address) before submitting, as items are custom-printed once ordered.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
  • In the event of a pricing error on our site, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
  • Payment is processed securely at checkout through our payment provider(s). We do not store your full payment card details.

4. Product Descriptions

We do our best to ensure product images, descriptions, and colors are accurate. However, slight variations in color or print placement may occur due to differences in screen displays and the printing process, and are not considered defects. For direct-to-garment prints, minor print placement variation (up to 0.5″) is normal.
