All of our products are made-to-order, so please review the details below to understand our production and shipping timelines.
Production Time
Since each item is custom-printed after you place your order, please allow [2–5] business days for production before your order ships. During high-demand periods (holidays, promotions), production times may take slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been printed, shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and chosen shipping method.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, they may be printed by different production facilities and could arrive in separate packages at slightly different times. This is normal — you’ll be notified via tracking for each shipment.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, we can only refund the cost of the product (not shipping).
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at woofwearstoreza@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll look into it with our shipping carrier.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
